Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples has been an American actress and performer for over 20 years. She was awarded the best actress award for her performance in Nashville, the 2012 drama, in which she played Layla Grant. She also won the award in Sharknado 2013, where she portrayed Claudia Shepard. She also played the role of Jerrica Jem on the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples' parents Wendy & Ashley have raised her within Lake Mary Florida. There is also an older sister named Ally. Aubrey spent ten seasons performing in the Orlando Repertory Theatre. Aubrey graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class in 2012. Harvard University was willing to accept her. However, she turned down the invitation twice. It was the second time that it was because she wanted to perform in Nashville. Peeples appeared on the screen in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011, Grey's Anatomy (2005) and Grey's Anatomy (2005) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2005). She also had a recurring role on Necessary Rustiness (1991). The actress appeared on TV in Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective 2009 and The Good Mother. In season two, she played Layla Grant in the Nashville drama. Peeples discussed her bipolar illness during an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire has named Peeples as one of the top skilled actors who are under the age of 20 in September 2014.
